We are so excited to welcome you to William Jewell College for our On-Site Transfer Admission Night!
Check-in will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. in lower level of the Pryor Learning Commons. Our Admission staff will be there to greet you and help you get checked in. I anticipate the event should end no later than 7:30 pm.
Campus Map/Parking: Please enter the Jewell campus by turning left at the main entrance to the College on R.E. Bowles Drive (you will see the William Jewell College sign and fountain on the corner). Parking is reserved for you in the faculty/staff parking lot directly behind White Science Center and the Pryor Learning Commons. Please do not hesitate to park in spots marked staff/faculty. Once this lot is full, please park in the Commuter Parking Lot next to the stadium. Please proceed to the check-in location in the foyer of the lower level of the Pryor Learning Commons Building.
During this event you'll have the opportunity to:
- Learn about William Jewell College and the transfer admission process.
- Have your transcripts reviewed and evaluated
- Review the financial aid process and talk about scholarship opportunities
- Meet with Faculty in your division where you will go over your evaluation, and have any questions answered you may have about your major.

- What to Expect
This event will provide prospective transfer students an opportunity to have their transcripts reviewed for Fall 2026 admission. As part of the event, participants will take a tour of the campus, and meet with a William Jewell College faculty to go over transcripts and discuss degree requirements. Admission process, cost and potential scholarship opportunities will be discussed as well.
- Where to Park
Traveling on Mill Street, please enter the campus by turning left at the main entrance to the college on R.E. Bowles Dr. (You will see the William Jewell sign and fountain on the corner.) Parking is reserved for you in the faculty/staff parking lot, directly behind the White Science Center and the Pryor Learning Commons. If that lot is full, please park in the commuter parking lot. Proceed to the check-in location in the foyer of the Pryor Learning Commons where an Admission Representative will greet you.
- What to Wear
You will be touring our facilities so please wear comfortable, shoes. Casual dress is appropriate.
